With over 20 years of experience in various sectors, including financial services and real estate, he has led the management team since 2010. Genaro holds a bachelor’s degree in law with honors from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of GreenWater’s portfolio.
Andres Olmos
Chief Financial Officer
Andres Olmos directs the underwriting of new acquisitions at GreenWater Investments, leveraging over 20 years of financial advisory expertise. He holds a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. Andres specializes in portfolio management, structured finance, and risk management. Notable achievements include the issuance of $22 billion in mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and trading OTC derivatives for risk mitigation. His innovative financial strategies have significantly enhanced GreenWater’s operations.
Norvis Perez
Controller
Norvis Perez manages accounting and finance at GreenWater Investments, ensuring financial precision and compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, a Master of Science in Management, a Specialization in Accounting and Auditing, and a Corporate Finance Certificate from Columbia University. With 17 years of experience across industries like Mining, Real Estate, and Professional Accounting Firms, Norvis has excelled in roles such as Corporate Financial Controller and Chief Auditor. His expertise strengthens GreenWater’s financial foundation and operational excellence.
Cecilia Hernandez
In-House Counsel/Risk Management Director
Cecilia Hernandez oversees legal and regulatory affairs at GreenWater Investments. With 26 years of experience, she specializes in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents while developing corporate policies. Before GreenWater, Cecilia served as General Counsel for a leading insurance brokerage and was a partner at a prestigious law firm. She holds a law degree with honors from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, bringing unmatched legal expertise to her role.
Ajoy Chandra
Executive Advisor
Ajoy Chandra serves as an Executive Advisor to GreenWater Properties, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in finance for public and private companies in capital-intensive industries. He has held leadership roles as CFO for retail, multifamily, and office developers, managing vertically integrated real estate platforms. Ajoy began his career in real estate as VP of Finance at Gemini Rosemont, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio. He holds an MBA and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, bringing deep financial insights to his advisory role.
